Building Beyond Central Florida

The start of 2026 is already proving to be a milestone year for The Good Pour. As we continue to redefine the wine and spirits industry, our momentum is shifting into high gear. We aren’t just opening doors — we are scaling a movement that proves high-performance retail and philanthropy can (and should) live together.

Here is a look at how we’re growing in 2026.

Doubling Down on Growth
This year, our footprint is set to double as we welcome three new marketplaces to The Good Pour family. We are thrilled to announce upcoming openings in Naples, Lake Mary, a second location in Gainesville.

Each of these stores represents a significant impact for our charity partners and significant investment in local economies, bringing between 12 and 24 new jobs to each community. While our roots remain firmly planted in Florida, these openings — particularly our expansion into the Naples market — signal the beginning of our strategic move beyond Central Florida.

A New Standard: Ground-Up Innovation
While we have seen incredible success in converting existing spaces (like our beloved former-bank-turned-whiskey-vault in Winter Park), our 2026 strategy is focused on new, ground-up stores. This "new build" focus allows us to fully execute The Good Pour’s architectural vision from day one — optimizing our signature gifting spaces, tasting bars, and experiential layouts to ensure every guest feels the "top shelf" difference the moment they walk in.

Beyond the Sunshine State
With eyes on future sites in Lake Nona, Oviedo and Winter Garden — we are also looking north. We are currently in active discussions with prospective partners in New Jersey, Tennessee and Alabama. Our model is built to be "market-fluid," meaning we can mold our unique lifestyle experience to fit the culture of any community, provided we have the right operator at the helm.

A Message from our Co-Founder
Reflecting on the brand’s rapid expansion and the $500,000 already donated to nonprofits since our first store opened in January 2024, co-founder Ray Horal sees this growth as a validation of consumers’ desire for more.

"I have to pinch myself daily seeing how quickly this vision is scaling," says Ray Horal. "But this isn't just about adding locations on a map, it's a testament to the fact that people are hungry for a better way to shop. We’ve built a high-performance platform where the customer doesn't have to choose between a premium experience and making a difference. This growth proves that when you bet on people’s desire to do good, everyone wins."

Join the Movement
As we continue to disrupt the $283B liquor retail industry, we are looking for business-savvy partners who are ready to scale with us. If you are an investor or entrepreneur looking for a resilient, high-margin model with a proprietary edge in customer loyalty, we want to talk.
